Detta smakfullt renoverade villa är ett riktigt hem hemifrån. Den innehåller alla de hushåll nödvändigheter du behöver och mer. Det läge vid havet gör att du kan somna och vakna upp till ljudet av vågorna. Man kan ta en bild av soluppgången utan att komma ur sängen.

Det är verkligen ett förstklassigt läge på ön, eftersom man kan spendera hela semestern utan att lämna Bolongo Bay. Bolongo har tre av de mest populära restaurangerna på St Thomas: Hummer Grill, Iggies och Mims. Hummer Grill har levande musik och en romantisk atmosfär, Iggies har allt du kan äta dagar och karaokekvällar, och Mims (en familj ägs och drivs äkta karibisk skaldjursrestaurang) tjänar överlägset bästa hummer på ön. Bolongo Bay har också en egen Diving Club, som erbjuder ett komplett utbud av tjänster, till exempel: Dykundervisning / utflykter, snorkling utflykter och uthyrning utrustning. Dessutom på stranden, kan du hitta jet ski uthyrning och utflykter. Dessutom finns det 2 tennisbana, 3 pooler, en beachvolleyplan, och en liten grotta för att utforska på östra spetsen av viken.

Det finns också en liten familj drivs hotellet bär namnet på Bay, Bolongo Bay och Beach Resort. Det är känt för hosintg påkostade bröllop på stranden och planera resor katamaran (båt med namnet: Heavenly Dagar; dockas på Bolongo Bay).

Men om du är intresserad av att utforska resten av ön, är du mycket nära till de flesta platser av intresse. (Se karta) Dessutom finns det färjor som tar dig till andra amerikanska och brittiska Jungfruöarna från Crown Bay Marina och Red Hook Marina.

The host was polite and very responsive to our needs. The condo was clean and functional and had almost everything we needed. There were ice packs in the freezer for our beach cooler. The beach umbrella was great! The beach chairs were mostly rusty and broken, they definitely need to be upgraded. It was nice to have a parking spot and not have to worry about parking. We would stay here again.

Our host, Steven, was very helpful and the condo was clean and welcoming. We loved the view from the balcony and the opportunity to swim in three different beautiful pools. We also loved the ability to walk to the beach, dive shop, and enjoy three delicious restaurants.

Perfection

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had absolutely everything needed for a perfect relaxing vacation. This condo has excellent finishing touches and is immaculate. The owner was very prompt when we had one question about the smart TV in the living room.

Great location - details though

PRO's:- Great location. Far enough from airport, yet close enough to areas we wanted to see. - Unit was clean, extra's were nice (towels, linens). - Ductless AC was really nice to have in each bedroom as well as main area. Slept 4 comfortably. - Description was accurate. - Communication with host was great. CON's:- GPS address not provided. Had to find complex using local restaurant address. Phoned host to get building number and unit number. Host stayed on phone until we arrived at unit and were able to get in. Very friendly and accommodating.- Handle for sliding door broken. Phoned host and door was fixed. Nice job by host.- Both siding doors (from kitchen and MBR to outside deck) nearly impossible to move - now I understand the broken handle. Only got worse as the week went on. Took all we had to open/close doors.- Shower door for main bath would not close due to poor fit, so door had to remain partially open.- Shower controls exceptionally sensitive - nearly impossible to adjust without being too hot/cold - esp in 2nd BR.- WiFi password provided, but documentation did not include name of network. Network name was not intuitive to unit we were in. Had to 'guess' which network to access.- Dresser missing drawer pull - found in another drawer. Made it hard to open drawers. - Folder with restaurants / attractions outdated - some from 2010. Prices inaccurate.- Better work with the details above would have made for an even better experience.

Tranquility

We loved the island. Our rental property could have used a couple more blankets and pillows. It also needs a can opener. The view and weather were amazing. Driving was crazy fun. The snorkeling was gorgeous.

Beautiful location

The location and the view are perfect .The condo could use some updating . Water temps for showering was sporadic. I did contact the owner and they tried to resolve the problem. It was a little better but still I think they needed a new water heater. The owner was very good and communicated back to me that he had contacted maintenance. The unit needs a better housekeeping crew. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place with ocean view!

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It had all the amenities we needed and a beautiful ocean view. There is a beach nearby within 3-4 minute walk. We didn’t use it much as we preferred to go to Sapphire beach. The place was perfect for a quiet family vacation.

Great stay at Watergate

very nice property for family of four. New updates to rooms and appliances and patio furniture made it quite comfortable with great views, would stay here again in future hopefully soon! Quick walk to Bolongo Beach resort for dinner and Mims restaurant steps away, enjoyed both and location to Red Hook for ferry nearby

Disappointed

After having 2 other condos in that area cancel on us we booked this one. The cost was less but it wasn’t worth the money. Sections of drywall missing in 3 separate areas. The dryer doesn’t work at all and we were not informed until the day we arrived. There is a leak in the kitchen coming from under the sink cabinet. The floors, walls, and wood work are filthy, and there is a strong musty smell. The main bedroom ceiling has a large water stain next to the sliding glass doors. Unfortunately the property has been neglected. Location is great(we always stay in that area) it’s a safe area with great views, and the bed was comfortable. Large balcony next the ocean. When communicating with the owners we had quick responses, but they said, they will look into everything or they will send a technician out but no one showed up while we were there. It’s sad because the condo has great potential.

Great Views

Steven’s unit as well sited right above the water's edge, with fantastic vistas across Bolongo Bay eastward. There are wonderful views from floor to ceiling sliders in both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely and stylishly remodeled, and the kitchen was well appointed with tasteful dishware and silverware. For us “old folks” there are only 6 steps from the parking lot and this, as well as a view out of the bedroom were the most important factors for us. Most importantly, Steven is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.

Breathtaking views, but the odor in the unit was offensive.

The owner was very responsive and was gracious when we contacted him. It was great that Mims & Iggies restaurants were in walking distance. The views from the condo balcony and sounds of the crashing waves were beyond awesome! We chose this place because it met our needs. We do not like to eat out for every meal. So the full kitchen was good. Our adult daughter and my sister were with us. The 2 full bathrooms & twin beds in the 2nd bedroom also met our needs. We come to the Caribbean often and love to stay right on the ocean. Therefore, we are used to the damp and sometimes slight dankness that the moisture can cause. But this place had a sickening smell. I opened the closet in the master bedroom and was almost knocked out by the putrid odor that emanated from it & into the unit. We'd done our shopping before getting to the condo, and had nothing to remedy this. The next day we went back to the store and bought several kinds of air fresheners to mask the smell... that didn't work. The unit was very dusty & NOT CLEAN. We called the owner and communicated this. He sent the cleaning person back, and it was still not clean. It was so dusty that my sister had a respiratory reaction. I understand that a surface cleaning between renters is typical, but this condo needs a deep cleaning! We spent as much time as we could outside. There are also two areas where the drywall is cut out and the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We made the best of it, but wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful view!

Place was lovely with great views of the bay from the balcony. 4 stars only because the hot water was intermittent and we ended up taking cold showers. Contacted the management company and were told they had no one on the weekend.
