Great long weekend stay.

My wife and I had a great weekend stay at this property. The room was very nicely appointed. Being able to walk right out onto the beach and being just steps from the water was great. The included beach chairs made our beach days so easy. We had two lunches at the onsite beach bar and it was a very short cab ride to Red Hook for grocery, restaurants and bars. Fabio was so quick to respond with any questions. And made great local recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing unit

This was one of my wife and I's favorite VRBOs we have ever stayed in; our priority is cleanliness and location and this unit far exceeded our expectations for both. Very very clean, perfect location, all furniture/amenities were very modern and new. Walking distance to coffee, beach bar, pizza, and restaurants. Fabio was a quick call/text away for anything you need. Will definitely stay here next time I visit St. Thomas.

First time in St. Thomas

Pack light, this property has everything you need from beach chairs, snorkeling and paddle board is a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked, we love the espresso machine. Step outside your patio is a beautiful Sapphire beach. We didn’t have to communicate with the host at all. One negative thing I have to say that the island does lose power time to time, Fabio did supplied battery light in the house but it does get hot after a few hours.

Amazing!

Amazing stay! Beach level access is second to none! The owners were responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’ve stayed at several different properties at this location but this was the absolute best!! Sapphire Beach has everything you need from a coffee shop, to a beachfront bar and a restaurant. Book this property now! You won’t be disappointed.

Everything for Everyone

This property had everything we could need or think of--even down to ice in the bucket in the freezer and a pitcher of cold filtered water in the fridge. It was obvious that a great deal of thought went into what people would want at a resort rental--we appreciated every little thing! We have stayed in a variety of locations on the island of St. Thomas and this is at the top--being right on the beach and having quality restaurants nearby--what a treat! We loved every minute of our stay at Sapphire Beach!

Sapphire Paradise

This unit was superb!Clean,bright and walkout to the beach.Very well appointed and furnished,every Thing we needed after a weeks sailing.Dishwasher,espresso machine and a freezer full of ice!The attention to detail was above and beyond everything we have experienced in the past! We will return ASAP and I recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay at Sapphire Beach. Thanks again Fabio and crew. Theo & Andy.

Modern spacious condo, great location with spectacular views.

Loved EVERYTHING about this trip. The condo was well maintained and clean. The location is perfect. Beautiful views and a quiet beach. Beach Buzz bar is a close walking distance. Would stay here again. Enjoyed my time with friends and family that were staying in building B as well. Made it perfect to get together. The only downside was we were having trouble getting in out room but I spoke to Fabio and that got quickly remedied. The condo itself is lovely. We will be back for sure.

While the property offers a lot of amenities, the stay was less than positive for us. Our first issue was the safe. I put items in safe and the safe would not reopen. An hour later I was able to retrieve the items but not from the video of a different safe that was sent to us to help. On Monday morning, I left to get coffee and breakfast and when I returned there was someone standing on the porch picking things up. She stated she was the cleaning lady and she had been knocking at the door but she let herself in when no one answered. The host asked her to freshen up the unit for us as we had just got married and he was trying to be nice. We were never informed of anyone coming into the condo and I had left cash and a lot of jewelry out. The host said he was sorry I found this to be so disruptive. The TV is outdated in the living room and would just stop putting out sound. We would have to turn the tv on and off numerous times to make the sound work again and most of the times the tv wouldn’t turn back on. I messaged the host about this and he ignored me. The fans in the unit are full of dust and I noticed that I was starting to feel sick. The fan above the bed runs nonstop and the remote to turn it off does not work. Lastly, in the welcome document it says not to put the unit lower than 74 degrees when it’s 85 degrees or warmer outside. If we had known that sooner, we would never of booked this place. The host is extremely unresponsive and does not care about guests or any issues that arise during a stay. This was our second time staying in this area and we will absolutely return but not to a unit that Fabio owns.

Carribean Paradise

We were extremely impressed by this unit. It was recently remodeled and was very clean and had a modern flair. The kitchen was a dream. I cook a lot and I had more than enough items to enjoy working with. We ate in many nights since everything was there. The bathroom was so unique, I want to have those sinks in mine. Sitting every night on the patio was heavenly. The views from there were incredible. We could not have asked for a better vacation place or a better owner. Fabio went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and was super accommodating since we were early. If I could give him 5 stars I would. I will definitely be back, and I would HIGHLY recommend him and his units. You will not get any better!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Needs a new king sized bed

The location and property in general are 4.8 stars. Because the bed mattress is so old and worn (two sink holes covered by a mattress cover) it drops it to a 3 star. If the mattress was replaced it would be 4.8 across the board.

Amazing view

Overall it was a great experience. The location is perfect with the beach and pool close by. The grill did not work so we were bummed out about that. Furnishings are showing wear and tear. Would stay there again
