Gorgeously re-modeled 1 bedroom condo with stunning balcony views of the ocean and amazing breezes. Beautifully decorated living room with queen sized pull-out sofa bed. Private Patio with dining space. One minute walk to the marina where you can catch a sailboat for the day over to St. John, enjoy fishing or other water sports. Two pools and a restaurant/bar onsite just a short walk from your front door. Walk out your door and down hill to Sapphire beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing, feel free to use the two beach chairs in your unit. Or drive to Red Hook for the evening (less than 1 mile away) which features many excellent restaurants and bars, also duty-free shopping, and easy-access Ferries to St. John. Our condo has 1 Queen Bed, Living Room with queen Pull-Out Sofa, Dining area, Full Kitchen, In-unit Washer/Dryer, and a Bathroom with everything you'll need for your stay, plus a beautiful balcony with stunning ocean views. AC keeps the unit cool along w/ ceiling fans located throughout. Cable TV and High Speed Internet w/ WIFI included. Washer and Dryer in unit.

**PLEASE NOTE: This property is not generated. However, in case of a power outtage, we do provide an extension cord to a plug outside the front door. That allows you to plug in what you choose to....like the refrigerator, a fan, hair dryer, coffee pot...for example. Because power outages are commonplace with island living, we like we inform our guests who are not aware.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. After that, no refund unless your dates can be rebooked.

Stayed at other condos in this building twice before. This condo has been the best. It is level with the parking lot (2nd floor) and the balcony view is above the hedges around the marina. The beach is a 400 yard walk and Sudi's is across the parking lot. Having the washer and dryer is a plus. Communication with Melissa was excellent and responsiveness was exceptional.

Had an amazing view and trip. It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Had trouble finding the place when we first arrived but property management was attentive and responded immediately. The bed could be a little comfier. Overall would stay here again! They have everything you need in this unit and on the resort!

This was our second time staying at this property, and we would happily choose to stay here again. This property is comfortable and well furnished (washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs, pool noodles.) We love the location overlooking the marina. One minute walk to Sudi’s and 4-5 minute walk to the main beach area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Vacation

There was exterior maintenance being performed while we there which, although understandable was a bit frustrating. Melissa/Juanda worked hard and found us a quieter location in another resort. Much appreciated and I recommend the unit/location.

Great location.

The place is very nice and clean with a great view and location, minutes walk to the beach and pool. Water pressure could have been little stronger for showers but we managed. Will definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

So nice that this was the second year in a row that we came back to stay again. Nice view over the water, easy walk to and from the beach. Had kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and even a washer and dryer in the condo. Very short walk to the swimming beach. Condo restaurant, and condo office with book library, were both within a 50-yard walking distance. Milissa the condo manager made sure we had everything we needed.

power outage

Power Outage: one day for about 8 hours, one for 12 hours, and another for 6 hours. It might be from the municipal of St Thomas USVI, my expectation was having a generator in case of a power outage, living without AC is not nice at all, and spoilage of the food in the fridge was another challenge. Otherwise, the property was clean and gorgeous view very close to everything you may need but not within walking distance, rent a car may be a good option if you know how to drive in St Thomas USVI.

A slice of heaven

We stayed for 2 weeks in this nicely decorated, clean condo. Beautiful views and everything you needed from a cab to a restaurant was within a very short walk. This was our second stay at this condo and we are planning our next trip already! Thank you to the owner/manager for calling during our stay to see if all was well. We appreciated that very much.

Just right!

We had a wonderful stay! Place was simple, yet elegant beach perfect. Everything was as listed and we found the Sapphire Beach area such a bonus with food/drink, shopping, and a great beach. Communication was timely and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect in every way

Condo was perfect size. Perfect location. We rented a jeep and it was convenient to travel to Red Hook and other beach areas. Owner was responsive within 24 hour period. Had an issue with tv. Never really resolved but we did not miss it and it seemed to be a connection issue with cable not the owner. Only thing I would suggest get new soft close toilet seat and resurface or paint the tub so it is sparkling white - otherwise I would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again. !

Definitely a gem in paradise!

We had the best vacation and loved this condo! We are a couple in our late 40s and it was perfect for us. The location is central and convenient to beaches, restaurants, and activities. There is a wonderful restaurant and a pool on the property, both right by the condo. The condo was even bigger inside than the pictures reflect and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, roomy, and decorated very nicely. Juanda was a wonderful and friendly host and answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, both before and during the trip. We hated to leave and we are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip. Plus it was great value for the price! Highly recommend!
