Ny lyxlägenhet / villor, East End.
Ligger vid Scott Beach vid Compass Point, två minuters promenad till stranden. Nära till livsmedelsbutiken, Red Hook och färjeterminalen.

Gästen kommer att ha över 1 500 kvadratmeter utrymme. Ligger vid Scott Beach vid Compass Point, två minuters promenad till stranden. 2 sovrum 2 badrum, nära Red Hook. Luftkonditionering, inbyggd elektrisk mikrovågsugn och ugn, induktionskoktopp, granitbänkskivor, kylskåp, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, disknät-tv 'wifi. Den här egenskapen har också en stor säkerhetskopieringsgenerator så att huset aldrig är i ström (huset är fullt drivet 24/7). Parkering utanför gatan, fullt möblerad. Mycket tyst, säker och vänlig grannhuva.

Du har åtkomst till hela enheten. Du kan göra din tvätt, titta på din favorit TV-show eller sporter på någon av de tre 60-tums plattskärms-HDTV. Du kan laga dina egna måltider, äta ute eller luta dig tillbaka efter en lång stranddag, ta ett glas vin och grilla.

Grannskapsöversikt .......
Fastigheten ligger på en privat gata bort från huvudvägen så det finns inget trafikbuller, varje säkert och vänligt kvarter, det finns 4 hus på min gata och jag ägde två av dem, jag bor i på tvärs över gatan så jag är alltid tillgänglig om min gäst behöver mig. Det är nära vattnet bara 2 minuters promenad till stranden.

Att ta sig runt ......
Du kan få en taxi till var som helst du behöver åka på ön men det kommer att vara mycket dyrt, jag rekommenderar starkt att du hyr en bil så att du kan åka dit du vill och när du vill. Vi har ett familjeägt hyrbilsföretag och vi erbjuder våra gäster upp till 15% rabatt på hyrbilar. Gästerna kan också ta våra bilar till St John på bilfartyget från Red Hook för att besöka och utforska stränderna och parkerna i St John.

Andra saker att notera .......
Vi har också en 125KW automatisk generator som är nödvändig på Jungfruöarna. Om du hyr en plats utan generator och strömmen går ut kommer du inte att ha rinnande vatten, wifi, toaletter, takfläktar, TV, duschar, etc. ...

This was the perfect home for our family of three. Our host met us on arrival and was available leading up to our trip for questions. The location is perfect for daytrips to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. And the views from balcony are amazing.

St. Thomas stay at Hector's Place

The property was more than what I had expected. Nice & cozy, the different phrase posted around were hilarious. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the island. OMG the roasters were my wakeup call but overall, I would most definitely stay again. Hector was just great, always available. The car rental was a plus for me.

We needed the sun, and the sand of this charming island.

Dexter and crew did an amazing job communicating with us prior, during and after our visit. The condo is immaculate and very roomy for two couples to co-exist. Dexter was a great host. The condo is well equipped. We cooked every night and found sufficient pots, pans and tools to get the job done. Parking is a problem on St. Thomas, but not a problem for guests at the condo.

Great Place to Stay

We booked Scott Beach Condo #8 for two adult couples. Both bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuites, and are almost identical. Only difference is one has access to the back deck. This condo had everything we needed to have a great time while in St. Thomas. Comfy bedrooms, nice bathrooms, lots of extra towels, great kitchen with everything needed to cook, beach chairs & towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers. Gas grill was down by the pool. Pool was great. Had a problem with our toaster and we had a brand new one an hour later. Location was great. Not far from Red Hook. Great restaurants and the best beaches. The owner gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and beaches. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

Perfect Family Reunion

Would highly recommend this property. The property manager was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The property is located 3 minutes from Red Hook, 3 minutes from Secret Harbor. About 15 min from Coki Beach. Loved every minute. the condo was absolutely immaculate and had every amenity. We were very happy with our stay!

Loved everything!

Our stay at Scott Condos was absolutely perfect! The property offered stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the island, and the place itself was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The service and response times were exceptional— Dexter handled every question or request promptly and professionally. A highlight of our trip was exploring in the Jeep we rented from Dexter. We picked it up and dropped it off at the airport and loved having the top pulled back! We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Great place

The condo was newly renovated, nice and clean, very convenient and well equipped. We appreciated the beach gear and towels, the AC, nice pool, and easy parking. It helped make for a wonderful vacation on St. Thomas! We also rented a car from Dexter, which worked out perfectly for our family. Highly recommend! Hope to be back soon.

Recent stay

The property was close to Red Hook and several of the beautiful beaches we visited. The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed. Great for two couples with both bedrooms having a king bed and a private bathroom. We even took advantage of the pool out back. The host, Dexter made us feel welcome!

Slice of Paradise!

The Scott Beach house Villa is a slice of paradise! Beautiful private view and very comfortable. The owner Dexter is very accommodating. We also rent a brand new Jeep Wrangler and it was waiting for us for us at the airport. [Dexter has the best selection of sporty jeeps] I'd give it a 12 on a 1-10 scale! Thank you Dexter for providing this special Villa and Jeep!

Just as advertised - Awesome!

Dexter was great to deal with and very responsive when/if needed. The view off of the back was fabulous and the condo was immaculate. We did not get to make it to the pool but it looked very nice. Great time and will stay again! We also utilized his rental car service and that too was seamless. They met us at the airport and off we went. Upon our return, they had someone meet us at the airport to pick up vehicle and that worked out great. The Jeep was top notch and worked out great for getting around the island. Highly recommended!

Great Vacation

The condo was just as the picture showed clean and beautiful! Dexter our host was so great with communication and any assistance! Loved the paper he left for us with local attractions and restaurants to try! Having beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear was so convenient and above and beyond!! Great stay and would definitely stay here again!!
