âGreat location for day trips to anywhere in Pembrokeshire, especially Skomer. Overlooking the marina and only 5 minutes walk from a wide selection of good cafes and restaurants, but their own food is good too! Friendly staff.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped but the bed was a little hard for me (like most hotels). Not all rooms have baths but I was able to change at no extra cost. â

âThis small pub with 8 rooms for accommodation is an excellent base for a few days to explore some of the many highlights in this area. The pub restaurant offered a good chouce, the pub was convivial. The daily included breakfast was excellent and the server very helpful. Plenty of parking makes for a stress free experience.â
âGreat location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. âI will commence by stating that this is not my first visit to The Mariner's. It is and will be my first choice for staying in Haverfordwest. So, clearly, i have stayed in a large number of their rooms.
You have to know or remember that the building is historic having been in operation since 1625, so don't expext the rooms to be uniform in proportion. Having said that, they are generously sized with, for the most part, large and bright bathrooms. The room i had this time had the largest shower...

âWe loved our stay at this beautiful little inn. It's on a peaceful little road and the hotel was very quiet. We had a fantastic dinner and prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was also delicious.
In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.â

The only slight negative (of which nothing can be done) were some squeaky floorboards but, otherwise, the bedroom was comfortable and clean. It says a lot about the Broadmead that everything was great except for a couple of silly floorboards.â
