NĂ€romrĂ„det ser vid en första anblick ruffigt ut, men vi trĂ€ffade bara vĂ€nliga och trevliga personer nĂ€r vi besökte pubarna och gick pĂ„ gatorna i nĂ€rheten. Personalen pĂ„ hotellet var mycket serviceminded och vi hade verkligen ingenting att klaga pĂ„ nĂ€r det gĂ€ller nĂ„gonting. I vistelsen ingick Ă€ven att de hĂ€mtade och lĂ€mnade oss pĂ„ flygplatsen - vilket var vĂ€ldigt skönt. Ett jĂ€ttebra och prisvĂ€rt hotell helt enkelt.â

âVery clean rooms but the general planning not functional. No AC, to work the faan you needed to unplug the TV-screen. When taking a shower the entire bathroom floor is flooded. Cabinets for clothing can not be opened because the dofa is in its eay. Etc.
Rooftop bar is not constructed yet. The poolarea is not very nice; no towels, shades etc.
Breakfast is served next to receptionen and ordered at the bar. Nice omelette, fresh fruit and juice. Coffee is NOT included (!) and is paid extra.

âStaff were responsive and helpful. Airport shuttle is convenient, prompt, and clean. Checkout is early at 11:00 am but extensions are available. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good variety. Rooms were updated and immaculate. Management is onsite and were invested in providing the best experience for guests.â
âThe Junior Suit at the Court Boutique Hotel in Kigali offers a spacious stay with a large balcony with beautiful views. The staff i very friendly, helpful and service minded. Breakfast can be enjoyed on a patio with nice views.â

âMy stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your tripsâ
