The reception is on the top floor, where you find the bar and breakfast area as well. All members of the staff that I talked to were very friendly and helpful. When you check in, you get a code that leads both to your room and to the hotel itself. “Underbart modernt hotell, något kompakt format på rummet/allmänt pga mitt i staden men värt det. Möjligt att parkera/lasta av en stund utanför sen parkering på andra sidan under vägen (Indigo Opera), 22€ med 5€ kupong från hotellet. Jättetrevlig personal. Lite ”enklare” frukostbuffé men fylls på utan fördröjning. Perfekta sängar/kuddar, stort utsikt mot stan. “Perfect getaway in Antwerp! Our enthusiastic host, Yves ,welcomed us with open arms. The moment we entered the hallway, we saw a nice hallway with a big square chandelier… modern, but not too modern. The building still has a rustic personality!  The rooms are very open and the designer was very smart about the division. Everything was very clean! Nicely done!
