Om rekening mee te houden / te verbeteren:
- parkeren! 31⏠voor een dagkaart in
de parkeergarage vlakbij is best erg veel geld en toch een stukje lopen. Als daar een betere oplossing voor is, houden we ons aanbevolen.
- er is geen tv op de kamer (hoewel we het nu niet gemist hebben)
- er is geen lift, wij hadden geen problemen met de trap, was ook maar 1 etage, maar voor anderen wel iets om...
âOns verblijf bij De Gulde Schoen is ons wederom supergoed bevallen. We houden van de luxe uitstraling en goede kwaliteit van afwerking van de ruimtes. Van de matrassen op het bed die heerlijk liggen tot aan het kopje koffie uit het Nespresso apparaat, alles klopt gewoon. En dik pluspunt is dat wanneer je de deur uitstapt je midden in het centrum staat. We hebben weer genoten!â
âAbsolutely a great hotel, as somone that stays in hotels 100+ nights a year, this one is a good one. Perfect location in front of the park, close to public transportation, and feels and look brand new. Despite having lots of people from tomorrowland, we didnt feel that it was crazy busy. My only wish is to make breakfast more reasonably priced as for 4 people it was over 130 euros for one breakfast. We stayed at the family room and the kids loved the bunk bedsâ
âLovely hotel in the center of Antwerpen. Walking distance to design quarters (5 min) and to the big shopping street as well. Rooms are well planned with very comfortable bed and lovely linen to the duvet. White Company products in Shower and friendly staff.
Was not impressed by the breakfast. A mix of buffet and order that was fair - but oh the coffee - under all critics, tasted very sour. Also no minibar in the room but a bottle with cleaned tap water.â

âAn oasis in the middle of the city! A pleasure for the senses, nice aromatic smells, the sound of the water in the fountain locating in the courtyard. The rooms are trendy, modern with a warm homy look. The old building is renovating very tastefully. The staff is friendly, competent and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, beautiful, charming and lively quarter. Highly recommended!â
