“The place felt sketchy. If you arrive after midnight, the lobby is closed, and reception speaks to you through a small window. There were people hanging around the parking lot all night, talking, walking around, and generally making the environment feel unsafe. I stayed for two nights but decided to leave before the third because I was uncomfortable with the atmosphere. “Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.”

“There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered.
