“The water in the shower did not run a way properly, there were lipstick marks on the water glasses in the room and the bed linen was dirty.
We were also informed by the reception that they had an offer where children ate for free when an adult ordered a meal. How ever the bar staff did not mention that this was only valid if the kids ordered from the kids menue but that menue was hidden in the end of the bar and was only a printed note. The bar staff should have informed me of this when I...

“This place is a gem! There is a bus that is a block away and takes 20 minutes to Stansted Airport. The room we had was wonderful: beautiful bed linens, Turkish bath robe, lovely decor, and a beautiful, healthy, breakfast in the fridge that included a very fresh and attractive fruit platter. The little touches like the coffee machine, toaster, and excellent bread, butter, jams, fresh milk, pretty china cups and plates, made us feel we were in a real home. Martha Stewart could not have done...

“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for.
The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

“No air-conditioning. (Just in case you need it.) A fan was supplied in the room and like the room could do with a good clean. Dresser glass top you could see the dust laying on top. Chair provided also had food remains, hair and dust from previous guests. Bed matress should have been retired many ,many guests ago. Springs digging in and undulating as lay.
Bathroom was comparatively clean but also like the rest of the room very tired in appearance. Car park can be a little cramped, and can make...
