“The property is great, nice and private and the Tiny house was great. The pipes froze during the night so we had no water in the morning which was tough but these things happen. Giving this rating because the owner's response was "thanks for letting us know" when I told them we had no water for half of the stay.”

“We had a variety of ages, and it was nice to have rooms on main level to avoid stairs. The loft space was nice and roomy, but beds are not in private spaces which was not a concern for us, but you need to navigate stairs for that sleeping area. The lower level of house in outside pictures is not part of the rental. The view is awesome, and a great beach access is a 5-minute drive away at Kayak Regional Park. Very enjoyable home and beach access not far away.”

“The place was perfect and everything went smoothly. Restaurants are in walking distance. The only negative was the train noise but there were ear plugs in the bathroom. I would stay again if I needed to be in Stanwood.”

“Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the ”
