“Good customer service ”

“The smell of cleaning solution or something is unbelievably overwhelming when you walk in the place. The room itself smelled mildew-like. I asked to be in a quiet room and was out right by the back door, the door to the stairs and the laundry room which was a source of literal constant slamming every 30 seconds all day and night, it was like torture. I messaged the hotel but no one responded though they responded about the Wi-Fi password, so they did get the message. The shower was pretty lame,...

They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed.
