“this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. ”

“The whole room in motel was a complete horror. All of the accommodations that they say online is false not only did they not have clean sheets, bedding the room is dirty no working television. Reported all of the issues to the front office for them to tell me that I could take another room which didn’t have a lock and I would have to climb through the window of another room if I decided to take and I only refused to give a refund.
