“The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. “Someone attempted to break into my vehicle and other guest’s vehicles in the parking lot of the Hotel. The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. “Clean all-round”

“EXTREMELY dated! Found a dead bug on my bedspread after the first night. Bathroom full of mold. Breakfast options limited. Front desk staff not friendly. Will not go back.”

“Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. They said they would get a hold of me within 48 hours and I have not heard from them either. Unless I hear back from somebody, I will definitely not use Expedia ever again. I’ve never had this...

“We just came in late for an unplanned stop and had to spend the night there. The lady at the desk was really sweet and helpfull but other than that we never really had the chance to explore the hotel since we got up early and left.”

“Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again.”
