This newly renovated home is situated right off of North Atherton Street in the Park Forest neighborhood. It is 4.4mi to Beaver Stadium, 2.7 mi to campus and less than 1mi to great restaurants or other staple stores. If you prefer to take the CATA bus, you're in walking distance to the bus stop.

This location is all about convenience and ease of travel. Regardless of where you need to get to in State College, you’re no more than 15 minutes away.

You will have access to the entire house! There is a locked basement door and garage door for our cleaning staff supplies - please do not try to access these during your stay. Parking is available for 5 cars in the driveway and street parking is allowed for any excess vehicles.

THE SPACE:

FAMILY ROOM (Lower Level): Includes a large and comfortable blue sectional sofa with plenty of space to lounge. One tufted leather chair, two lounging chairs with end table, a tv console packed with games and a Bluetooth radio for you to connect. It has a Smart TV with Hulu and Peacock (Note: The fireplace is not operational). It also includes a sunroom with a pool/ping pong table that also converts to a dining room table.

LIVING ROOM (Main Level): The living room includes two tufted leather couches, paired with two blue chairs. It includes a built-in fireplace (electric) and Smart TV with Hulu and Peacock.

KITCHEN: The freshly renovated kitchen has everything you need, including a large fridge, microwave, oven, four range, oversized deep basin sink, blender, toaster, glassware (wine, juice, champagne and tall), dinnerware, non-breakable kid’s dinnerware, utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. Seating in a corner banquette with two extra chairs (seats 6 total).

DINING ROOM: Enjoy a family or group dinner in the dining room with seating for eight. Place settings and formal linen blue dinner napkins are available in the dining room buffet.

COFFEE BAR: The coffee bar includes options for drip coffee or pods, as well as stovetop tea kettle. A limited supply of coffee pods, tea bags, filters, creamers, sugar, and Splenda are included with your stay for your convenience in the dining room buffet.

BEDROOM 1: The primary bedroom includes a queen bed with a Purple Brand mattress, 100% cotton sateen sheets, duvet, soft and firm pillows, dedicated workstation, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, full dresser, luggage rack, blackout shades, and a Smart TV with Hulu and Peacock. Extra pillows in hallway closet.

BEDROOM 4: The “dark midnight blue” bedroom includes a queen bed with a Purple Brand mattress, 100% cotton sateen sheets, duvet, soft and firm pillows, seating area, closet with hangers/drawers and luggage rack, laundry basket, and blackout shades. Extra pillows in hallway closet.


BATHROOMS AND TOWELS: Each shower/bathtub comes stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All guests are provided with 100% Turkish cotton bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Black makeup towels, hair dryers, and hand soap are stocked in each bathroom. An iron, ironing board, and clothes steamer are available in the upstairs hallway bathroom. A washer/dryer is available in the upstairs hall bathroom with limited detergent and dryer sheets provided per stay. Extra towels are in the bathroom closets.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

As noted in our rental conditions, a $500 non-refundable fee is applicable if smoking occurs in the house; excessive trash left in the house outside of garbage bags will incur a $100 fee, a party hosted at the home will incur a non-refundable $500 fee, and/or waste disposal damage or replacement can be charged $50 or $180, respectively.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out is available based on availability and by request - Fee is $25/hour.
