Winter Vehicle Requirements for Property Access:

Please Note: Prior to making a reservation for this property, ensure that your vehicle is appropriately prepared for winter weather. To guarantee the safety of all guests, we mandate the use of either a 4x4 wheel drive or snow chains, as our driveway can become hazardous, especially during significant snowfall. Your safety is a priority to us, and we are committed to providing a secure and hassle-free experience for all our guests, so we require that you arrive in a properly equipped snow vehicle between the months of December & April.

We have a ring camera in front of the garage to monitor parking, occupancy, and bear activity.

We also have two noise sensor devices. One is located on the outside patio and the other is located in the living area to comply with local ordinances.

Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more!

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

Stunning property

Our stay at the property was great. The property managers are great about communication and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. The home itself left my family and I speechless. The views, the hot tub, the cleanliness and overall amount of space was perfect for my big family. Not to mention how close it is to all the shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have been happier.

Amazing Place

We enjoyed this place a lot. It had an amazing view in all the rooms and outside. It’s a very clean place. My family and I had a great time. We’re happy we booked with Brandon and Ally.
