I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. I want to start by saying we fixed the issue with your card immediately. The funds were released back to you during the check in process. That is completely our fault. As far as the room goes, I have had maintenance check that room out along with our housekeeping manager and they could not find any evidence of fleas or anything else in that room. We do hope you will give us another chance. We hope to see you again.

I understand the computers being down at the time of check in can be frustrating. We are sorry about that. I have already spoke with our housekeeping manager to make sure that housekeepers are not asking guests to remove their own trash.
