The master bedroom features a queen bed, a sitting nook, a 33” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

In the kid-friendly second bedroom, you’ll find two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a trundle bed (sleeps five) as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The third bedroom offers another queen bed and a 33” flat-screen TV along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Shared amenities include four heated pools, ten hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts (summer only), a fitness center, sauna, and a grill area.

You’ll also enjoy a ski area loop shuttle during the winter as well as an on-call valet shuttle to downtown shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. A private ski locker is located just outside your front door.

Additional perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, cable TV, and a communal laundry room. Parking is available for up to two cars (one spot in the garage, and one in the parking area on a first-come, first-serve basis).

Within a half-mile of your condo, Steamboat Ski Resort promises an exhilarating day on the slopes.

For miniature golf and laser tag, Amaze’n Steamboat Family Fun Park is a 5-minute drive away.

Restaurants, shops, and art galleries await along Main Street. And in the summer, the gorgeous Yampa River Botanic Park is a must for bike rides, leisurely strolls, and fishing. Both are within a 10-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
