This was our second visit to this property. We love the location and space. It was very hot while we were there and the box fan broke one night. We let Sita know and she brought a new one the next day with easy communication.

Location of apartment is excellent and very close to downtown. Inside of apartment is very nice. You need to go out and around back to access the common outdoor area. The area was nice and shady in the late afternoon. We enjoyed using it. The outside of the building and central hall leading to the different condos could use some sprucing up! All in all a nice, convenient place to stage in Steamboat Springs.

Comfortable Downtown Steamboat Apartment

The apartment was clean and nice with a well stocked kitchen. There was parking out front which was good since my van wouldn't fit in the designated slot. The bed and living space were comfortable and check in went smoothly.

Perfect Location

The condo was just right for us! Comfortable space stoked with everything we needed. The best part was the location. Just two blocks from downtown. It was so nice to be able to walk to great restaurants and stores. We enjoyed renting mountain bikes from Wheels (best access to the Yampa river trail).

The location of this unit is perfect, in a very walkable downtown neighborhood with a creek in the backyard. The outside of the building is nothing to write home about, but this apartment has had nice upgrades. The owner was easy to communicate with. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great location and setup

Came here with my wife and 2 year old to snowboard at Steamboat. Location was perfect. Two blocks from the main Street as well as the free shuttle to the mountain. Place was clean and quaint. Worked perfect for us. Had little issue with the toilet and owner had it addressed quickly. Would absolutely recommend this place for folks to stay.
