Featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with seating for six people, gathering for meals after a long day of skiing will be a breeze. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace and exposed wooden beams on the ceilings, which add to the mountain lodge ambiance. Plus, there is a private balcony accessible from the living room and primary bedroom to enjoy some fresh mountain air. For a bit of entertainment, three TVs, a Blu-ray player, a DVD player, an iPod docking station, and free WiFi are available for your enjoyment!

The main bedroom features balcony access and an attached bathroom. You'll also have a queen bed and a twin in the second bedroom, as well as an additional full bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
