As with all of the condos here, there is a well-equipped, full kitchen and a roomy dining area. For outdoor dining, the furnished patio with a table and chairs is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. Embracing the crisp, refreshing climate of the Rockies, this home relies on cool mountain breezes rather than central air conditioning. For your personalized comfort on warmer days this home features a split air conditioning system —perfectly positioned to keep the primary bedroom and the main living area crisp and cool.

The Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features an attached bathroom. There is a twin-over-full bunk bed and a separate twin in the second bedroom. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living area for additional guests you may have.
