Come home from a gorgeous day spent on the mountain to warm your toes by the gas fireplace, prepare a hot meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and settle in for a movie on one of the three flatscreen TVs and DVD players. Enjoy a shaded patio on spectacular summer days, community access to hot tubs and a gas grill, and two cozy bedrooms - each paired with its own attached bathroom.

This condo is part of Dulany at the Gondola, a lovely complex that sits a few steps south of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. You'll be enviably positioned to take advantage of the resort's 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved, multi-use trail that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
