The cozy living room with lots of natural light has vaulted ceilings, a matching leather sleeper sofa and leather recliner, large native moss rock, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. This home boasts an open floor plan and dark hardwood floors for a modern and rustic chic feel. It's well decorated with new, matching English chestnut-stained aspen wood living room furniture, including a four-seat dining set perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The furnished balcony affords amazing views of Emerald Mountain, the Yampa Valley, and the historic Arnold Barn, so your morning coffee will be extra pleasant from this vantage point, and you won't want to miss the vibrant western sunsets. The open kitchen has granite countertops, newer cabinets, and updated white appliances, perfect for whipping up any meal. A spacious loft, accessible by ladder-like stairs with supportive handrails, features a queen bed, dresser, and more views. Guests can soak in one of the two outdoor hot tubs, dip in the heated year-round pool, barbecue on one of two community gas grills, or dine outside on a picnic table in the renovated pool area as the Wildhorse Gondola passes overhead.

Unit was clean and compact with a well-stocked kitchen for our meals. The walk to the village and ski lifts was easy, what a blessing to not need the car.

Annual trip tot the Boat

Great place to stay, when they say right across the street from the village. Walk across the parking lot down a sidewalk, and your their. Perfect for a couple or a friend clean great views of the Valley. Going downtown ? Pick up the bus from the village.. would for sure stay again.

Great location

Cute unit with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture, bed and sofa bed. Can’t beat the location-we were able to walk to the base for a hike, had easy access to restaurants and caught an outdoor movie. Woke up to hot air balloons in full view right off the deck. Great views from the hot tub as well. Unit was clean and well cared for. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location

I booked this place as a girl's weekend, but I ended up using it as a ski getaway for me and my husband. It was awesome. Cozy with the fireplace and a 10 min walk to the gondola. We drove 10 min to get some dinner both nights and that was easy too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for easy ski access.

Condo at Steamboat

Great location- easy to drive to and park and short walk to gondola and chairlifts, resort restaurants and shops. Nice condo with great amenities. Steps up to master bed in loft quite steep so need to be nimble to be safe. Lighting was also low in the condo but quiet and cozy.

Nice place. Convenient location to ski gondola

Cozy condo. Just what we needed. I do recommend walking to gondola area in street shoes and use the lockers. A bit too far to walk in ski boots.

Great Stay

Had a lovely stay- the location was perfect. The unit is a bit slightly outdated, however very cozy. Only complaint is that it got extremely hot and we weren't able to get the heat to a comfortable level. Hot tub was great and all the amenities we perfect. Staircase leading up to the loft was very steep- would not recommend for older folks.

Owner Canceled Less than 24hrs Before Stay

We never got to stay in this property. Vacasa contacted us less than 24hrs before our stay to let us know the owner was staying in the property and wouldn’t honor our reservation. Vacasa had to rebook us to a new property.

Nice views

Really pretty view on the patio. The staircase is very steep and the huge fireplace mantle blocks your way up. Refrigerator doesn’t open all the way because the counter top blocks it. The pool and hot tub were closed which was the sole reason we booked and nothing about that was listed on the listing. It served its purpose for us to sleep, change clothes. It’s close to the Main Street Lincoln so that was nice.

Great location, awesome unit!

Location is awesome, walked to/from the square each day with kids. So glad to not have to wait for a shuttle at the end of a day of skiing! Unit itself was fantastic. We stayed there with a family of 4, two adults + two kids. It felt very clean and the layout worked great for us all week. We had planned to have the kids sleep upstairs, but the stairs were so steep that we opted to have them sleep on the sofa bed downstairs instead. Free parking in the lot for our rental car, just be sure to get a parking pass from the office. Hot tub and pool were nice also. Pool was heated enough for the kids to swim a couple times in the middle of the winter. Would definitely stay here again.
