splendor, you can spend a vacation with an authentic flavor, in the
center of Sternatia, among the best-known towns of the Grecìa Salentina
where it`s still possible to meet elderly people, in the square,
conversing in the sweet Griko language.
The entrance is a large living room with open kitchen, table with chairs, TV cabinet and 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area is 1 spacious and cozy double bedroom, elegant in its simplicity. Completes the house 1 bathroom shower.

Loft lies in the center of Sternatia, the most authentic of the 12
picturesque municipalities that make up the Grecìa Salentina, a
linguistic island that over the centuries has managed to hand down the
sweet Griko language.
In addition to the beautiful historic
center, cultural sites all to be discovered, Sternatia is the perfect
starting point to reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast as well, such
as the Alimini, San Foca and Torre dell`Orso.
The city of Lecce can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. All the main services are present in Sternatia.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Paid on-demand car box 5 € per day.
