“It does the job of getting a nights sleep before an early flight the next day. No more, no less. The walk to the hotel is a bit tedious with luggage. ”

“This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Sheraton property. It may be time for Sheraton HQ to either improve it or remove the Sheraton sign here. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, likely not cleaned properly for months or even years. While the staff is friendly, they are extremely disorganized and forget things all the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel, keep your expectations in check.”

“Staff are lovely and very kind. The rooms were clean. Close to ferry and restaurants. Lots of road noise, particularly lots of sirens. The toilet, at least in our room, was set insanely high; my feet didn’t touch the floor :). Very convenient though for a short stay. ”

“It’s an excellent snorkeling place. There a lot of colorful fish and corals. We use resort’s kayaks. The restaurant serves good food. There is a supermarket nearby. Staffs are very friendly.”

“Wonderful 11-night stay at the Honiara Hotel. Lisa and the team made me feel welcome and at home for my entire stay. The hotel is well maintained and characterful with my room was super comfortable. The charming, owner, Sir Thomas, is often at breakfast or walking around and lovely to chat with. The cleaning and maintenance staff do an outstanding job and the chef runs a great kitchen providing delicious food. Thank you and see you next time!”

“Overall Experience: The leisure facilities here are excellent. I especially loved the sand-bottom pool and the spacious pool area with two pools and very comfortable sunbeds. Complimentary hot and cold water, towels, and even sunscreen are available by the pools, which is very convenient. The lagoonarium is a real highlight, with easy access for snorkeling (definitely bring bathing shoes due to stonefish). It’s lovely to watch the turtles swimming by.
