“This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Sheraton property. It may be time for Sheraton HQ to either improve it or remove the Sheraton sign here. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, likely not cleaned properly for months or even years. While the staff is friendly, they are extremely disorganized and forget things all the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel, keep your expectations in check.”

“I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back.”

“Loved this stay. The location was handy to Queen Street shopping. Plenty of carpark options all within 150metres.
The hotel is very nicely decorated, with a great gym, restaurant and the rooftop bar is next level.
I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning.”

“Great hotel, what a surprise. We stayed in many places in NZ during our trip and this hotel was the best. We did not expect that from an airport hotel. “Freezing cold in the room when we checked-in at 12:30am for a few hours of sleep. Despite trying to to get the heating going, incl. help from the staff, it was still like 13-14 degrees Celcius in the room an hour later. So, at 1:30am we got a another room. Again some 13-14 degrees in the room but this time the staff at least got the heating running and they also brought some portable heatets. At 2am the temperature in the room was at least decent. We cannot understand why the heating wasn’t...

“It was a quaint hotel with an excellent location - on the heart of the town with walking distance from the ferry terminal & to the bus stop, and lovely restaurants with peppy night life at the piers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a view of the town and the water. Loved staying here. Don't miss the bakery "Daily Bread" across from the bus stop - their meat pies and salads are unforgettable.”
