“Amazing hotel with friendly and welcoming staff! The roof terrace is beautiful and the location perfect. Only issue is the rather thin walls and sounds travelling easy from the terrace down to the rooms. But with a set of earplugs you're OK! Would definitely stay here again next time I'm visiting Antigua.”

“We changed hotel, because we were not satisfied with the first one. But this was truly a gem. Safe nice area, with a fantastic guy,Elvis, at the reception,(and rest of the staff) who suggested restaurants and excursions. If were about to return, this would be our number 1.”

“El hotel es un lugar comodo y muy limpio con un excelente servicio al cliente, desde el hotel se puede caminar al parque central e ir a los museos o restaurantes, es un area segura, calles bien iluminadas por la noche, si vuelvo a tener la oportunidad de visitar la Antigua me volveria a quedar ahi.”

“I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. ”

“We have traveled to Antigua annually for 10 years. The typical hotels we had stayed in were booked and we were thrilled when we discovered this location. "What you should know is that there is a restaurant/nightclub next to the hotel so if you want peace and quiet you better search for another. They finish playing music at 1 A.M. Really charming place and central. "

"Stannade en natt i Antigua och hade bokat hotellet i förväg. Enkelt att hitta med en bra parkering när man kom. Hotellet hade transport till centrum varje timme Rummen var lyhörda med dålig ljudisolering i fönster och dörrar med störande ljud från gatan. Vi bodde i markplan mot vägen med en mindre trädgård som utsikt vilket var fint. Säkert tystare i rummen mot bad området. Högljudda personer i korridoren hördes också väldigt väl. Fina utrymmen på hotellet med gott om servicevänlig personal och en bra frukost "

"Casa del mundo is very picture perfect but it didn't feel as authentic as some of the other places we visited. The food was average and quite pricy. We booked massage that wasn't very good, after quite a few attempts we managed to get a bit off money back at least. The jacuzzi was lovely. For unknown reason the paddle boards were broken,but we weren't told why and when we could use them. There is A LOT of stairs, so if you have issues with that it's not the best place for you. "
