“The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay.”
“This is a lovely hotel at the Pacific coast, a few hours drive from Guatemala City. Outstanding service from lovely staff. Nice albeit crowded pool areas. Do not consider if you need good Wi-Fi. It only works, and badly so, in common areas. That said, we would definitely stay here again. ”
