âWe stayed at this Hampton as a half way stop on a trip to western NY. Great location, quiet, clean, and excellent service. Area around hotel is all fairly new. Several restaurants and shops all around. â
âWe were close to the highway and had convenient travel downtown for Oktoberfest. The hotel felt fresh and clean, the shower was good with good water pressure and temperature, as well as dish washer, sink, refrigerator, and spacious work area. The breakfast offered hot options (waffles, biscuit sandwiches), yogurt, cereal and bagels/toast. Parking was easy and check-in/check-out were quick and convenient. Highly recommend, if we are in the area again we will be back. â
âVery confusing to get to the parking lot. The staff was not friendly and acted like he didnt want to be there. I found a dirty towel hanging up in my bathroom.â
âPerfect stay for this tier of hotel. Everything exactly as described, simple check in, and clean property. Breakfast options were great as well. â
âThe toilet seat in our room was loose and when my son sat on it the seat went sideways and broke. I notified the front desk and the staff were courteous and willing to take care of it right away. Great staff! â
