The space
Hard wood in the living/family room, formal dining room, and hallway. Tile in the the kitchen and baths, and carpet in the five bedrooms.

Yes, we can configure sleeping space for 16 or more, by adding an air mattresses and bedding for the couch, but that would be a little "cozy".

The full kitchen has composite countertops and everything you'd need including a table for six. If that's not enough, it's connected to a formal dining room and there's an extra leaf under the master bed.

Our guests enjoy a large hot tub on the patio out the back door.
Guest access
You'll be the only occupants, but you only pay for the house size you need, based on the number of registered adults and children (infants are no longer counted by AirBnB). You'll always have access to the Master and mother-in-law suite, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, and at least two bathrooms.

Depending upon how many people are included in your reservation (all guests must be registered), you'll have access to two to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms:
- up to four guests: two bedrooms, two bath (also the sofa bed in common area)
- five to six guests: three bedrooms, three baths, plus an additional room with a click bed futon
- seven guests: four bedrooms, three baths
- more than seven guests: five bedrooms, three baths
- 15-16 guest, we also add linens for the futon and an air mattress -- it will be crowded, but definitely fun!

If you would like to pay for more rooms than are allocated for your actual number of guests, just register more total guests and the corresponding number of rooms will be available to you. You must register at least the number of guest actually staying at the home overnight.

There is off-street paved parking for up to four medium-sized cars and lots of parking on the quiet street out front.
Other things to note
collects state and city sales and lodging taxes just like any hotel would do, along with their booking fee.
