Beautifully done new build that was very nice for an extended 2 week stay. Comfortable, and good amenities.The only reason it's not a 5 star review is location . . . the neighborhood is rather run down with what looks like a public housing project on the street. These 3 new builds look like urban renewal projects, which is good, but the surroundings are not nice. The back yard and outdoor deck furniture are nice but you are looking directly at the Stillwater recycling business. It's extremely noisy during the day with the trash trucks coming and going, and it kicks up an enormous amount of dust from the recycling business. That dust covers the back yard furniture daily, and covered our car in a layre of dust. The location is walkable to downtown but not terrible safe feeling given the surroundings, and trying to crosse Perkins Road is challenging with the traffic. This our take, it's not a safe feeling or attractive neighborhood of Stillwater, despite being brand new and really nice houses themselves.
