“When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus”

“The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa. A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! ”

“Where can I begin with this dream! If I could give 7 stars I would. We have stayed in many 5 stars all over the world, I can firmly put this in the top 3. From the moment we arrived, Grantley Hall was a sensational experience. Issac holding the fort at the front gate, dressed impeccably, welcomed us like family and with so much energy it was like a shot of espresso! “Ok hotell. Sängen på rummet kanonskön, rymligt och bra men lite kallt början av oktober. Det fanns en heater. En bra bit att gå till närmsta centralort(kom utan bil). Receptionist var ej uppdaterad om öppettider på närmsta matställen (se upp för måndagar) så det blev någon onödig promenad. Hotell-restaurangen öppnade 19 och det fanns ingen kock innan dess tydligen. (Hade jag beställt roomservice hade det nog inte gått).
