Perfect hotel, great breakfast - one of our best, wonderful location. We stayed in one of the apartments that did not have the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. Staff gave good service.

Great location on Gamla Stan, walkable from central station and all main sights. Very good value for the accommodation space and location. Apartment was very spacious and clean, but incredibly small bathroom (shower only) given the number that could be accommodated. The kitchen was also very tired - we didn’t really use the kitchen facility as ate out. Decor was also very dark, which was a little oppressing on a dull day.

I cannot recommend this more! The whole place was filled with antiques and history and charm while still being modern and comfortable and practical. Stunning to stay in to the point that I must stay there again. So very very worth it.

Parfait sauf les odeurs
Appartement super bien situé à Galla Stan et de très bon prix mais odeurs horrible de remontées d’égout dans l’appartement non solutionnée par l’hôtelier. Odeurs des cuisines dans le couloir qui donne sur l’appartement. Du coup impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres côté cours sous peine de les faire rentrer Sinon spatieux, confortable propre beau petit déjeuner rien à redire de plus Dommage que ces désagréments aient gâché la fête

Broken bed, broken shower, no cleaning service in the apartment, very uneducated staff. Owner tried to help on last day and was very kind, but fairly late and overall experience was ruined over 4 days sadly.

Dear Sandra, Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry that your experience was not as you expected. We work hard to educate, motivate and train ourselves in all possible ways to make sure our guests get the best possible service. So it’s really sad to hear that you felt our staff was “uneducated”, even though we really tried to give you our best attention and care. Unfortunately we were unable to rectify the broken cot immediately but bought a brand new one that was set up in the apartment before noon the next day. We have checked the “broken shower” but could not find anything broken. Cleaning services are in our apartments indeed not included for short stays, although we’re happy to offer housekeeping services upon request. You’ll also find this information clearly stated when you made the reservation. We hope you found our ambitions and efforts to compensate you for the broken cot was satisfactory.Best regards,

The employees of the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed for 2 weeks during the holidays, and would stay again. The location is perfect for staying in Gamla Stan and having public transportation and grocery stores nearby. The property/apartment had a full kitchen so I was able to cook a nice Christmas ham dinner. The apartment was cozy and warm, and as advertised. I stayed through the new year. At this time it was fairly quiet, but you could here noise outside the windows (especially the bedroom window, walls are solid and silent). During other times of the year, it would probably get to be very noisy as more people walk up and down the street later into the night and visit the bars. So I would recommend bringing ear plugs (it would be nice if the hotel provided them). Also at this time, the bedroom curtain does not fully cover the window so street light comes into the room. During longer summer nights this may be an issue if you need a fully, dark room. Overall very happy with the property and the staff

Depends on the room location
Check in time a bit late. My bedroom was facing a Wine Bar : people came out to smoke and chat on the street just under my bedroom window. Smoke and Chat continued till 1am.

We stayed at this property on our first visit to Stockholm, staying for 5 nights. We were very happy with the property, a great location in the centre of Gamla Stan, everything we could have asked for was provided, and the young lady who checked us in, Jennifer was friendly and welcoming. We would certainly stay here again and woud recomend it to other traveller's.

Central Appartment.
Great little appartment right in Old Town that had everything yoy could need.Train close by along with a supermarket to buy supplies. However under the bedroom window seemed to be meeting place after the bar clased across the alley. We were kept awake both nights till after midnight.

Friendly Stay in Gamla Stan
Lovely, charming friendly staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Lina at reception. When we couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine in our room one of her colleagues came over to help (although she had a hard time figuring it out as well!) Had a great little apartment with kitchen. Cozy and convenient.

Very good but not perfect.
There is a separate bedroom from the kitchen/eating area; a window blind or curtain would be helpful as there is no privacy in the kitchen; it was well equipped, but we didn't cook. Washer/dryer was great once we figured out the controls. Shower/tub arrangement is awkward but okay. Bring earplugs - music from nearby in the evening could be bothersome, and there is a busy bar/cafe directly across a very narrow street. There is a small grocery store in the T station nearby. Location is near heart of Gamla Stan but not on a busy street. Front desk staff was helpful and welcoming and offered us extra towels. No breakfast or cleaning comes with. I would stay here again, though.

We chose his apartment to get some more space between me and my partner as we’d been traveling for a while. Nice to have all the kitchen items and a living room area (with CD player, which we had a need for surprisingly). The hotel checkin was next door was nice and the location. Bed was comfortable and everyone accommodating.

I rented Apartment 7 just across from the hotel. Wow, what a lovely apartment! The kitchen is better than what I have at home! The location in Gamla Stan is perfect - the Tunnelbana is right down the street, making it easy to get all over Stockholm. With such a central location, it's also easy to walk most places. I LOVE the staff! Lina checked me in, and what a delightful young woman!

I rented the Lieutenant's Apartment for a week. They call it a studio, but it's actually a one-bedroom - I was pleasantly surprised! There's a separate bedroom, living room with 2 chairs, bathroom (with a washing machne!), and a kitchen that is fully stocked with almost everything you'd need.The refrigerator is a nice size, as is the separate freezer. There's a microwave, stove, oven, a dishwasher, kettle, coffee pot + filters, plates, glasses, etc. It's a better kitchen than my own! The location is just across a small street (almost an alley, really, very common in Gamla Stan) from the main hotel. The subway (Tunnelbana) is a short walk down the street (maybe 3 blocks at most), and everything in Gamla Stan is right there.

Petit Apparthotel au Coeur de la vieille ville
Super endroit dans Gamla Stan, juste à coté de toutes les attractions et animations de la ville : vieile vile, palais royal, bars, restaurants, clubs de jazz, le metro à 300m, les bateaux à 500m. L'appartement est petit mais tres propre et tres confortable. Dans l'hotel juste en face, 3 restaurants et 2 bars complètent le tableau. Nous avons été enchantés par ce sejour.

After the debacle of no plug for the bath, everything else was very good. Very comfortable relaxing stay in the Old Town with good access to all transport facilities and with great restaurants and bars close by.

ガムラスタン駅に近くロケーションに不満はありませんが、古い建物の2階部屋で眺望は不良でした。5泊連泊して、食事は基本自炊しましたが、調理器具もある程度揃っていたので何とか凌げました。近くに出前してくれるレストランもあった事はチェックアウト時に気付きました。

Great apartment at a perfect location in old town
We were able to access the room about 2 hours before check in time as they were ready. There is water and free coffee/tea for the hotel guests. The heated floor in the bathroom is great and the room was in a good temp, not too hot and warm enough Staff were all friendly and helpful We enjoyed our stay

Wohlfühlhotel
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken, was nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels lag, verlebten wir eine sehr gemütliche angenehme Woche in diesem heimeligen Hotel. Das Service war hervorragend und einzigartig. Unsere Abende in der Weinbar genossen wir. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist besonders erwähnenswert.

A strange beginning, checked into 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the hotel, After booking a 1bedroom studio that should have been across the road. After 2 days in the big old appt. we were moved across the road to the one we had booked. Staff (Peter) was apologetic and we were compensated with free brekky and champagne! Still not completely resolved as we noticed they had debited our card for the full stay even though we had prepaid with Expedia. Again resolved by a helpful staff member Christina who refunded the charge. The studio apartment was great and the location fabulous.

Ideale Lage für Touristen.
Im Appartement alle Haushaltsgeräte in optimaler Qualität und Sauberkeit vorhanden. Geschirr, Besteck und alle übrigen Haushaltsutensilien in brauchbaren Zustand. Betten hervorragend.Naßzellen ok ! Hier aber Steigerungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
