The Americana is 100 years old! In celebration of its 100 years, The Americana has reduced their nightly rate! If you like to experience true vintage, this cozy home built in 1923 is the perfect getaway. You will feel like you walked into the 30's! The exceptions: Wireless internet, remodeled new bathrooms, smart TV's in bedrooms and family room, and all new appliances in kitchen. The quiet backyard feels like the Secret Garden with chaise lounges to laze around and get that beautiful tan and a cozy outdoor dining area, perfect for that picnic meal. Great location to experience all the award winning local wineries. Don't feel like cooking? The Americana is only 4 blocks to downtown Lodi. Walk to the local restaurants, movie theater, wine tasting and the small shopkeeper shops. Enjoy the special events at Hutchins Square - only 1 block away. Beautiful home in great location.

This was our second stay at this property; we love it and always try to book it if available for trips to Lodi. The house is thoughtfully appointed; backyard is great; location is excellent. Just love this part of town and love this house!

A fantastic place in a great neighborhood

If you are looking for a unique & exquisite place to stay in Lodi, look no further! The house was beautiful & carries a certain charm that you can't find just anywhere. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown & the neighborhood itself is very walkable with lots of beautiful architecture to look at. I highly recommend this place & I look forward to booking it again in the future. You won't be disappointed, book it today!

Wine Country Stay

Overall we were very happy with the accommodations. The outdoor areas front and back needed some cleaning but nothing that we couldn’t do ourselves. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Bit of a challenge navigating the upstairs with suitcases so may not be for everyone. Location and area is great and is walkable to old town.

Wonderful stay in Lodi

The home was newly rennovated, meticulously appointed and immaculately clean. It was on one of the main road in Lodi and within walking distance of the town center and close to everything we wanted to do. The home was also well stocked for our stay and made our visit truely enjoyable. We communicated with the owner several times and she responded promptly and she was a pleasure to work with arranging our visit. I would highly recommend this property and owner.

We had a comfortable couple of days! The home is so fun with all its unique antique furniture and knickknacks! We did miss umbrellas for the outdoor space and never found a cutting board but those are small bits! The owner was kind and accommodating when I realized I left my book and glasses! Thanks Thanks

Lovely place in Lodi California

The place was very clean and all anemities were provided. Coffee, water, laundry, cleaner pods for laundry, coffee and creamer. Ironing board and iron and blow dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser. We had plenty of towels and extra blankets. We didn't know all would be there so came with some of these, but it was nice to have them available Loved the coffee I had never tried this type, but they were delicious. We were close to all needs, and it was in a good neighborhood. Loved looking at the antiques and loved the book of things to do and instructions for check out. This was perfect. It ended up being my brother, mother, aunt and myself. My cousins came over for a bit to pick up my aunt for different occasions. We were very pleased. Thank you Anna, you answered quickly when I texted you. I hope we left the place to your satisfaction.

Annual Birthday Celebration!

We had an awesome time. The Americana was so awesome ! It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and could have stayed longer. The town of Lodi is an awesome treasure. It felt like the mid west. I highly recommend The Americana and Lodi for either a quick get away for stay for a week to rest and relax. The backyard is a vacation in itself. Don't worry about the August heat, it cools down nicely at night. Bring a sweater for the cool nights.

Our Girlfriend’s Getaway

What a lovely and inviting home. Great decor and amenities with the added benefit of a nice backyard and patio. Make sure to take time to see all the beautiful homes in the area. We enjoyed sipping some of the local wine along with cheese from Cheese Central. A great place for a short or long stay. We will definitely come back!

The house was lovely and exactly as described. We were, indeed able to walk to downtown to explore and dine. The back patio was perfect for evenings, it was shady and cool. The beds were very comfortable and the street quiet so we all slept very well and the house was very clean. No complaints at all.

My siblings and I stayed three nights and loved every moment. The house was just beautiful; modern bathrooms and updated kitchen, but wood floors, antique furnishings, and a lovely backyard made the stay comfortable. I definitely will rent this home again when I visit Lodi. Just exquisite.

Charming house in the heart of Lodi

We loved our stay as the house had the perfect mix of antiques and modern upgrades with wonderfully comfortable beds..
