Amazing stay and would 100% recommend this hotel. We stayed in a premium hot tub room, which was fab, but next time we go we will book the whole hog! The food was lovely too!

Disappointed.
Wrong room type. Room didn’t match the description or photos that I had booked. Told that I had to take this up with hotels.com as they couldn’t take responsibility. Service was poor. A catalogue of mistakes with food orders, waiting staff and much more throughout the 2 days. Charging points for my car did not work. Coffee machine In the room didn’t work. No one seemed to be that interested in any of this even when you’ve paid £520 for one night. Overall would not recommend. Try the cranleigh or yorbridge house, much better quality and service overall.

Can not wait to return
This was an impeccable stay from start to finish. The room was a delight to be in. So much attention to detail. It was all covered. The hot tub and huge copper bath kept us entertained for hours. This was a truly relaxing night away. The restaurants and bar is beautiful. So quirky and individual which I love. The food was all really nice. Lots of choice and all executed well. We had various cocktails too which all tasted delicious. The next day breakfast was equally delicious and in general I can’t recommend this place enough. Due to covid the extra measures they have in place made me feel as safe as you can and they clearly pride themselves on service. Everybody is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s worth every penny. You must try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Good local stay. food was excellent, drinks steep and delayed service but it was a packed Saturday night so no complaints. Room was new and lovely inside, great alternative to similar boutiques further away

Room was amazing for a couples night away, had everything you needed. Couldn’t fault the food in the restaurant and reasonably priced. Hot tub in the private garden and copper bath in the room was definitely a highlight. 100% will be returning.

Honestly amazing night away - the rooms are decorated all individually and I requested a certain room which they reserved for me. When arriving in the room there was a small card and board with little chocolates and happy anniversary written on it - this was a lovely little touch and showed the hotel really took care when it comes to there guests. The pub is very close just infront of the rooms which is great to be able to walk to and from when you have your meal. Overall great stay, would recommend and defiantly return again!

What an out standing place, worth every penny for a stay. Had the pigsty with the enclosed courtyard & hottub. Bathroom had huge tropical walk in shower, with cast iron decor bath tub in living space. The bed was huge and very comfy. Quirky decor added to the stay. Service in bar very good all staff very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend.

Best rooms in bis around here. It was absolutely spot on, loved it. We did find the mattress a little firm for our liking but that's just us. They do go the extra mile to make your stay special though. Thank you!

Stylish hot rooms
Beautiful, stylish & modern rooms. The large copper bath is also a great touch! Unfortunately we visiting during a heatwave & the air-conditioning wasn't working. This meant we barely slept all night & actually spent a good portion sleeping on the floor with the main door open.
