"It's a good hotel but the staff are not customer service oriented, this was the first hotel in which we got to deposit our luggage by ourselves in a room i.e. when we asked about depositing our luggage the staff gave us a key to a room in which it was plenty of other luggages, no staff followed or checked, it didn't feel safe at all leaving the luggage there.
At breakfast my wife asked about boiled eggs but the staff showed us some scrambled eggs as if we had not already seen that. They had no boiled eggs. The fried eggs were almost cold, nobody see info keeping them warm.
At check-in my daughters noticed that the staff were rude against some other guests that were asking for some exchange help."
