“Even though there are positives in that this hotel is located in a quiet area and has ample parking I do not know how it is rated a 4 star. The decor is from the 70’s and needs a serious update. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. “Reception staff were very helpful but restaurant staff were slow to serve. There were very few customers and after giving us the menu and us waiting half an hour, I had to find a different member of staff to come and take my order. This said the restaurant staff were courteous and friendly.”
