The cabin was beautiful. We had room for our family to have their own spaces for sleeping and bathrooms. We created great family memories here. Pontoon and fishing were great. Had a fish fry one night from our week of fishing. The cabin was very clean and communication with Misha was exceptional. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

The host communicated extremely well with information about the property and its amenities. Responses to any questions were answered promptly. The Welcome Guide was very useful and informative.Beautiful area, pristine lake, dock, pontoon boat as well as kayaks & paddle-board were all in top notch condition.

cabin getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed for a week away from home. The lake was very quiet and we enjoyed lots of boating time.

Our family summer vacation

This property was perfect for our group of 10. Enough room to spread out yet all be together. We had a great time “at the lake”. This is an amazing property that we all enjoyed.

We had a wonderful family stay at Lefty's Lodge. We rented the boat and enjoyed some fishing and anchoring out at the sand bar when the weather cooperated. On rainy days, the younger cousins enjoyed the pool table and games downstairs, and we used the coffee table to make several large puzzles we brought from home. (There's also a big selection at the cabin too!) There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the deck and watching the lake come to life. So peaceful. We all enjoyed swimming and floating down by the dock - the kids were grateful for the sandy bottom! There are a lot of steps to the water so be aware if you're traveling with anyone with limited mobility. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, which made making dinner each night super easy. The communication in advance was top notch and Misha was very responsive both during our stay and after when we realized we left a few things at the property! Overall, we had a fantastic week with our extended family and would definitely book again!

Beautiful home on an amazing lake.

This was our fourth stay at Lefty's and we just love it. The house is immaculate, the lake is perfect and the location has something for all ages. Misha is a wonderful host before, during and after the stay.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed every second of our time. The owners were accommodating to an earlier checkin which was the cherry on top. This a family friendly property and great spot for kiddos too! We hope to return someday!

Same time next year

Lefty’s Lodge… We enjoyed it so much last year. We booked it right away for this year and it was incredible. Lefty’s doesn’t leave anything out…they’ve thought of EVERYTHING a family would need for the most amazing time on the lake.

Wonderful family getaway!

We come up to the area every year and have a group of 10-12 aged 6-70 and this has been our favorite cabin! The owners are fabulous to work with and have a great location on a wonderful lake. We already made reservations for next time!

Late July 2022

The lake was excellent and fishing went very well. We loved the option to rent the pontoon boat and enjoyed several rides with it. It was our first time visiting the Hayward area and it was nice to be so close.

Summer Lake family fun

My family and I were fortunate enough to be able to stay one week at this beautiful 'up north' retreat! The hone is stunning - from the exterior to the interior - warmth and comforting furnishings and enough space for all of us! The pontoon was especially fun for all. We would love to come back and make it part of our family vacation routine. Thank you Misha!

Fantastic stay

Lefty's Lodge was absolutely perfect for our stay while visiting the area for the 50th Birkie. The house is huge, but it's the kitchen and living room that were just what we needed. Hope to be back someday. Our thanks to Misha for her hospitality.

Lovely home

This house was perfect for our group of four couples but it would also be great with kids. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable in every way. The location is also nice. Private but not too far from Hayward or local restaurants/bars. Don’t hesitate to book this home!
