The cottage is located on one acre of land. It is a cozy, small rustic style cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living area, patio with bbq and outdoor furniture. NEW CENTRAL AC. There is a firepit by the waterfront, giant connect four game and a picnic table.

Our one acre property is located on the waterfront of Varty lake with access to private dock and stunning views. We have two airbnbs on the property: « Sky Geo Dome on the Lake » and « Cosy Lakeside Cottage - Breathtaking Views & Fishing ». All amenities are separate except for the shared access to the private waterfront dock and water toys (kayak, canoe and paddle boat), which are first come first serve basis. We are a family-oriented cottage in a quiet neighbourhood to which we put a lot of love and care. 😊 We have a strict policy of no parties, no music outside and no loud noises/music anywhere on the property. We have a very quiet and rural area and we thrive to create a tranquil atmosphere for our guests and neighbours to fully enjoy their stay and reconnect with nature.
