“Will never stay anywhere in Memphis but this place. Not one complaint. Angel, at the reception desk is a gem, the entire management staff is wonderful. I would give it 5 all stars!!!!”

“The whole place needs a facelift. The fitness area was dirty without towels. The equipment is rusty and not working properly. There was a dead roach in our room and the safely lock on the inside of the door was broken. Do Not Stay here.”

“They advertise queen beds and they are doubles. The rugs are so dirty my socks where black, they need a renovation job. People where smoking pot and I ended up be very sick. It is far from downtown but we uber it back and forth. I would not go back ”

“We booked the room on Expedia, we had the option to pay at the property when we arrived. I received a phone call about 5 hours before check in stating we had to pay money over the phone or we would lose our reservation. I told them to cancel because I didn’t feel comfortable paying them over the phone. The lady was very rude. ”
