“The first hotel I stayed at with my family was very clean and tidy, with excellent bedding that provided comfortable sleep throughout the night. The staff were also warm and attentive.”

“This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville.”

“Room was clean and cool when we arrived. There was a couch that was helpful for hanging out. Had a microwave, refrig and coffee pot. Bathroom was good too. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Nice out door pool.”

“The common areas were good. The room needed work. Bathroom sink facet sprayed sideways. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The couch side was shredded. The garbage disposal stunk and i e maker did not work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was yummy and outside pool area was nice.”

“Rooms themselves were great, the staff were great. When, and the solely reason I booked the room was it advertised a restaurant, bar, and outside seating area. The restaurant and bar were closed all weekend, and I never found an outside seating area. Blatant false advertising.”

“The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...
