âGreat bed and breakfast place. Wonderful breakfast (good coffee, fruit, waffles), friendly guests, and great hosts. Beautiful view of Saint John port, able to open windows for night breeze, and very close to downtown (easy drive) and close to reversible Falls area. â

âPhenominal breakfast for a hotel buffet. The staff was so kind and thorough. The breakfast staff went all out. The hotel is close to downtown and the falls. â
âPerfect choice for location to uptown venues. Luxurious accommodation. Comfortable bed, very spacious room. Second visit to Chipman, will always use for future stays.â
âThis property is definitely a diamond in the rough. It was a bit scary trying to find the property because of construction and a lack of signs on the roads (not the propertyâs fault). We asked the local firemen where the address was and they helped us. Parking was confusing but it worked. The building itself is a beautiful old mansion which has been converted to be a comfortable stay. The laundry was especially useful. â
âWe had to book this last minute as our air bnb was not up to cleanliness standards.
While the outside is not much to look at, the inside is updated and clean! Room was clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, floors and a comfortable large bed.
Didnât use the indoor pool and hot tub due to time constraints, but we did look at it and it looked very clean and welcoming

âWe stopped on our way to eastern Canada. We wanted something that was fairly easy to access. This was excellent. We got a bedroom suite where my kids had the bed in the common area and we had the bedroom. After spending 5 days with teens it was nice to have our own space. Lots of amenities around (gas, groceries, shopping) Very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. Easy enough to get downtown Saint John if you donât mind driving there. Would definitely stay...
âIt's definitely not fancy by any means , but in saying that staff were wonderful, very friendly, it's very old and undated but was very clean , would definitely book there again if in nbâ
âWhat a beautiful, newly renovated property! The front desk clerk was excellent and we were greated by staff wirking around the property. The room was immmaculate, so clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast started at 6:00 and was lovely. I would stay here again!!â
