“I was under the impression that breakfast was included and informed at the hotel that it was not. Not sure what happened. Was silent on my confirmation”

“The boys at the desk were rude however the young lady was was nice. Place was run down junk laying in every corner possible. More like a Motel 6 imoThe pool wasn't maintained water was clear but gunk all over the walls and trash in the water. The ac made so much racket I could barely sleep. All the public areas were extremely hot. Def will not be staying at a quality inn again.”

“It was clean, staff was polite and efficient. Bathrooms a bit dated, but great considering the price. ”

“We show up on Saturday and wanted to check in but the hotel gave away our room. I spoke to Cassandra on Thursday to assure everything was perfect and even paid for incidentals at that time. So we show up after our baseball game ready to relax and our room was given to someone else. So we had to go to a different hotel.”

“This is an extremely nice place to stay. The workers are professional, friendly and are always ready to assist. My only suggestion regarding breakfast is you should have a choice of bacon and sausage. Many people especially the ones on a diet or religious background do not eat pork. Try to include turkey or beef.”

“Our room had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious that sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from prior guests. Went to housekeeping and they gave us clean linens so we could make up our beds and told us to leave the dirty linens outside our door. The dirty linens were still laying in the hallway when we left about 9 the next morning. We had reserved to stay here overnight on our return trip but cancelled and booked another hotel.”

“The elevator was suspect thought you wouldn’t make it out alive. The included breakfast was not what it was before years ago when I stayed. But overall the staff was friendly and the place smelled amazing”

“Love the area and love the staff but the place needs work. Tooooo many stains on the furniture and the carpet, I was scared to walk barefoot. Was disappointed in the pool not working, although we were offered to use the amenities across the from us in another facility. The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. I just ask that the company take time out to renovate so we are not disappointed in the end. Happy I was able to be in the same hotel with family and the breakfast area was a plus...

“The location was a perfect stop over for our 2 day journey. Room was nice, included a little kitchenette . Clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was too soft for my taste, but still enjoyed the sleepover.”

“Gym was helpful. Parking was good. Rooms very much outdated, but overall clean. Large TV which was enjoyable to watch Knicks win playoff championship 🙌”

“If you are looking for a cheap place to just sleep in the area, this place would be fine. There were a lot of construction workers there the night we stayed. So when someone came through with loud speakers about midnight, the construction guys came out fussing and cussing because it woke them up. There was a big hole in the bathroom door and everything needs to be update for sure. Bed was clean and comfortable and that's all we needed.”
