Hotell i Stonham Earl

“A beautiful thatched pub in the Suffolk countryside with original features and delicious breakfast”

“Rummet kändes inte speciellt fräscht. Ingen god doft. Täcket/lakanet doftade inte nytvättat, örngotten likaså. Kuddarna var hårda.”

“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”

“Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!”

“Lovely venue”

“Very friendly”

“Place was clean and lovely and staff very helpful. I would’ve loved to have found out what the “meal deal” was in the lounge though. And no air conditioning so our room was sooooo hot at night. We had a fan that helped but was so hard to sleep. I understand it’s not the hotels fault but yeah it wasn’t as hot outside anymore it seemed to retain the heat from the last few months still”

“omgivningen var tråkig, vid landsväg och på landet utan möjlighet att promenera därifrån! rummen låg i trista annex-byggnader medan pub och restaurant var trevligt, mysigt och stämde bra med bilderna”

The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. The markings for hot and cold faded and difficult to establish which way to turn. The bath had various stains around the plug hole and bath and certainly...

“The roast partridge and Rhone red were excellent, as was our room.”

“A reasonable hotel with a good restaurant. Very good food available in the dining room, staff helpful and pleasant. A lack of heating and hot water marred our stay (in November) but otherwise good”

“Room clean and comfortable , friendly staff.”

“Great location, comfortable room and really nice breakfast”
