“Gammeldags stil, kanske mysigt men inte så praktiskt, väldigt varmt på rummen, dålig luftkonditionering, enkelglasfönster mot vägen utanför. Brandlarmet gick mitt i natten, falsklarm, så det var mycket som gjorde att man inte sov särskilt bra...”

“Clean bathroom but had no make-up mirror. Cold room since the radiator did not work.Asked the reception for if they had a table make up mirror but they had no extra.Also told about the problem with the cold room an got information that someone should look at it but when I came back in the afternoon the radiator was still not working. For the room rate you expect better service.”

“This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel. ”

“it wasnt the greatest hotel experience. Room was comfortable, large size, comfortable bed. Temperature was quite cold in the room, and there were areas in the room that were not cleaned properly. The biggest disappointment for me was the food, I had dinner there the first time which was very average, and breakfast next morning was minimal and basic, not a hotel breakfast at all. i won't be back.”

“I had a very good stay at this quiet and very besutifully located hotel. The buildings are full of history but stylishly modernized and very attractive, as is the surrounding park and walk down to the Thames. Breakfast was great, and I appreciate in particular that I could take a morning swim in the hotel pool. ”

“Totalt sett väldigt bra hotell med möjligheten till spa , bl a. Saknade färska grönsaker till frukosten och barens ceasarsallad får underbetyg. Kommer gärna tillbaka.”
