âThis was our second stay at Excellence Oyster Bay, and once again the service was exceptional.
Before we even arrived, Delisea went above and beyond to help us secure a top-floor Beach House Excellence Suite when the only available option lacked the privacy we prefer. She also arranged dinner reservations for our arrival so we could celebrate our anniversary stress-free.
