“Very nice hotel for a family vacation. The main pool is the biggest one in Puerto Rico. There are also two other pools that are more quiet. All three pools have a bar for drinks and food. There are several restaurants at the hotel and you don’t recessarily have to leave the resort to get anything. Nori Asian restaurant and Prime steakhouse were excellent. “Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.”

“The WiFi stopped working the second night and they did nothing to fix it, they blamed it on the weather despite they themselves had WiFi connection in the lobby. I had som important errands to do online and I couldn’t. So unprofessional!”

“I was expecting more for what I paid to stay at this hotel. Shower had a leak, mold, and a roach came out the drain on my last day. Was not expecting this from such a new hotel. One day my hotel key card was deactivated and had to go to the lobby to get it reactivated. This shouldn't happen at a hotel that seems to be upscale.
