everything is just perfect here. the food is amazing, the pools are waoooo, staff is kind. boat tour on their canals is beautiful. just perfect!
the only minor issue was about guests/pool boys taking pool chairs very early in the morning and the guests arriving few hours later, so unnecessary. â

Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. âVi hade en vĂ€ldigt trevlig semester med 11 nĂ€tter över jul och nyĂ„r pĂ„ Hilton Capital Grand. VĂ€nlig och serviceinriktad personal, god frukost och mat pĂ„ deras restauranger. Fint poolomrĂ„de. Allt var toppen! Ca 20 minuters taxiresan till de stora sevĂ€rdheterna som Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Ethiad Towers, Emirates Palace. NĂ€ra till Mosken, man sĂ„g det frĂ„n poolomrĂ„det. Ăven nĂ€ra till flygplatsen.â

I rated the cleaning as a little bit lower than five because the floors were still wet when I arrived to the room, but it could be because I was given an upgrade, in case I forgive them :-). Breakfast was good and the location is close to the Mosque but the area as such is quite boring/ sterile.â
