Hotell nära Stora porten vid Tianmenberget

“Rent rum och fantastisk personal”

“Fue una grata experiencia”

“It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad...

“Clean comfortable room and very nice staff.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.”

“The place was amazing, it was just like the pictures displayed. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. We had some hickups and the hotel were super quick on responding us and helped us sort the problem smoothly. I highly recommend booking this hotel if you want to visit the national park, its very close to the park and they also offer assistance on planning your route.”

“Great location, but very basic.”

“Väldigt nära linbanan till Tian mountain, en av de bästa sevärdheterna här.”

“AI control light switch is hard to use.”

“I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything—from the comfort of the rooms to the excellent facilities—was of the highest standard. What made my experience especially memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by your staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Mia at the reception. She is an exceptional professional and a true ambassador for your hotel. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with genuine warmth, kindness, and a beautiful smile. She was always...

“This is one of the worst hotel I have been to in a long time, Hotel is very old and not well maintained. Our room washbasin was cracked, windows were old, and floor tiles were cracked. The breakfast was terrible, and eating facility was not very clean. Laundry was broken. I would not recommend anyone to stay here, unless you are used to a 2 star hotel. There is no decent place to sit and spend time with family in the hotel, we had to go out to a coffee shot to sit and talk. The location is good,...

“A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. The manager even walked us outside to show us a great local restaurant for lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We felt very well...

“Chaque chambre dispose d’un miroir pleine longueur, c’est parfait pour préparer nos tenues avant de sortir. Il y a aussi de l’eau potable en libre accès dans l’espace commun.”

“I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay.”

“We had a difficult time locating the hotel due to the name confusion. On Expedia it is known as King Maker Grand but the Didi app recognized it as Hautian Hotel. This hotel is in a great location with stores and dining options available near by. The staff was very nice and always available. We picked the Superior double room, balcony, city view. The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi). The restaurants were also a great option to have, we...

“I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away. The service was truly exceptional – the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. But the real highlight? The pool area. A stunning, crystal-clear infinity pool with a relaxing atmosphere, and a great poolside bar. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. They also have a great restaurant with traditional chinese food and with barbecues...
