“The staff was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Ice machine worked and breakfast was good too. These were the good things. But the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallway.”

“All good except our room key didn't work most of the time. They had to keep giving us new ones. We had no hot water when we went to shower. We had to wait for them to fix it. Which they did.”

“My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.”

“PLEASE….PLEASE….PLEASE spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This is one of the most poorly managed and maintained places I have stayed in decades. Michael Harris and the folks at Ledgestone Hospitality should be utterly ashamed of putting there name behind managing this property. Just on first appearances alone. No property should have a weed growing competition There are thousands of weeds onsite, some over 5’ tall. The grass is dead, the hot tub has been concreted over and they don’t...

“This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had.”
