We are sorry Sara had an unpleasant time. She arrived late on Friday and texted us at 10 pm to let us know she found two white spots on the trim near the floor. She also said there was one Champagne glass, and the fireplace will only stay on for 10 minutes. Kim explained the timer on the fireplace to her that night. The following morning Kim headed over and found the fireplace to be working. They are on timers 10 20 40 minute cycles. That is why it only stayed on for ten minutes. She failed to set the more extended time range. The fireplace is working as it should. The white spots were very small, and Kim cleaned them. They were on the baseboards by the floor. We could not find what she was referring to on the kitchen cabinets. We also brought her a new coffee maker and champagne glass. Upon check out, she left the room very dirty and left two broken champagne glasses on the kitchen counter for us. We would not rent to her again. We take pride in our rooms being cleaned and well-stocked, and we attended to her requests early the following day. She is welcome to book through the hotel we would not welcome her back.

Thank you Brian for your review we are glad you enjoyed your stay. I wanted to respond to the mattress review as the mattress is a brand new high-quality mattress we installed at the time of the renovations not sure why it would be lumpy I have personally stayed and did not find this.
